Welcome to danieloliver.co.uk

05th October 2006

Every blog needs an introductory post and this blog is no different.

This site danieloliver.co.uk was originally planned to be another online portfolio for both commercial and personal projects for uni but it’s now looking as though it’s going to become my blog on all things university related. Both work and play.

I’m just about 3 weeks into my life here at Plymouth University where I’m doing Digital Art and Technology and I have to say, so far so good. I’ve got lucky and have some awesome house mates who all get on really well and the course also sounds really cool and it’s looking as though I’m going to be getting stuck in with some really interesting projects over the next few years.

As for this site, as it currently stands it’s no way near the finished product. I’ve literally written a quick html and css template and dropped in the relevant CMS bits and bobs to have a basic blog running. I have had a design put together for over 2 months now for the site but just need to find a spare day to put everything together and get it looking a little something like it. Expect to see some strange site behaviour for the next week or so while I attempt to write the rest of the CSS and implement the design.
